Our story

JW Hawthorne was born through years of obsession with the bar and spirits industry in San Francisco. We’ve witnessed the proliferation of specialty cocktail bars and booze shops as they’ve popped up across the country. We’ve befriended distillers, distributors, bartenders, restaurateurs, and patrons who share the same passion. We’ve studied through word-of-mouth, apps, books, and practice. We’ve led courses for fellow cocktail enthusiasts, created menus for restaurants, weddings, and other special events.

Through it all we seek to bring pleasurable experiences via enticing, yet approachable classic and new-age drinks. Let's enjoy a drink together.
